Shipping

The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost of the products purchased.

Pick ups must be done upon appointment at shop@martacerda.com, and later in person at Travessera de Dalt 30, Entl 3, 08024 Barcelona.

All prices indicated in this website are in Euros and include VAT, if applicable. The company will not be responsible for any delay due to an incorrect or inexact postal address, or due to national holidays or any other unforeseen issue. Please note that any customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.

Once payment has been successfully made, you will receive a confirmation email of your order.

The items will be sent via GLS, Correos, UPS or FedEx. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Shipping times vary according to the product and your location. For national deliveries(Spain) we estimate 7-10 working days, and 10-15 working days for international deliveries. 

Due to COVID, shipping is understandably running slower than usual.

Overseas shipping costs vary according to destination and the local customs fees of each country. The purchaser is responsible for all customs fees, VAT costs and any other taxes accrued regarding the purchase. The company will not be responsible for any delay due to an incorrect or inexact postal address, or due to national holidays or any other unforeseen issue.

Regarding your order

Each item is packaged individually and securely so as to ensure there is no damage in transit. Prints are rolled up and packaged in cardboard tubes, and are protected so as to avoid marks and blemishes. We recommend that you remove it from the packaging as soon as possible, with care.

Damaged Goods

If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@martacerda.com and we will do everything possible to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

The customer should only accept packages without visible signs of wear and tear.  If the customer decides to accept visibly damaged items, this should be noted on the delivery form next to their signature.  If product is found to have been affected, the customer must email us immediately, attaching pictures of both the packaging and its contents. All the original packaging must also be retained. 

The customer must inform within 7 days of their intention to return the item. The package must then be shipped within a further 14 days.
